This is very easy to prepare and is light on the stomach
than the jowar roti.
Instant jowar dosa, methi leaves sabzi, jackfruit seeds cheera thoran, mungodi sabzi and pickle
Ingredients
1 cup jowar flour (for four dosas)
1 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp sooji
½ tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste
2 cups water
2 tbsps ghee
Instruction
-Mix all the ingredients except the ghee to a smooth batter
of flowing consistency.
-Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame, drizzle some ghee
over the pan and pour the batter.
- When it is almost cooked, pour some ghee over the surface.
- Fold twice and remove from the pan when it turns crispy.
- It can be served with coconut chutney for breakfast. Also
for lunch with sabzi and dal.
